I see you. You are a seeker. You have goals and questions. You have longings and patterns you want to transform. You also know there is more to life than meets the eye — or the mind. Yes, the mind offers its beautiful gifts of strategy and logic. And, you know in your bones that real change asks more of you. Real change demands the involvement of spirit, flesh, heart, intuition, the wise wildness beneath it all.

Personal coaching with me is not a space for clinical conversations that only engage your intellectual mental body. I know that your unique brilliance can only be fully expressed when all of your many layers are engaged and restored to their natural vitality and wildness. The you before you became domesticated. The you that is wild and thoughtful, sensitive and strong, a living bridge between visible and invisible worlds.

There are places in you untouched by words, places where dreams speak in images and feelings move like water. Don’t you remember? You know you are woven into Earth’s great tapestry. Not separate from nature, but a vibrant, vital thread that belongs.

This is a space for re-membering yourself, for gathering your scattered pieces, honoring your relationships with other humans, with the non-human world, and the more-than-human world.

Enter this space as you are, with your goals, questions, and the patterns you want to change. Together we will listen to your dreams, your energy, the messages hidden in your emotions. We will draw courage and truth from their depths and tune in to the living guidance they offer.

And why do I do this work you might ask? Because this world needs your unique brilliance. The world desperately needs you vibrant, wild, and whole, in service to life and in full expression of your gifts. Life is so short. Please don’t waste it by not being who you came here to be.
